The setting is beautiful. The facilities impeccable. The service; well, the service is simply world class. Glenmor Seasonal Ownership is a collection of exclusive cottages set within the spectacular grounds of the Gleneagles Resort. The cottages are truly a home from home, built in the traditional Scottish Vernacular and with five star luxury interiors to match.

The Challenge

We’ve solved two separate challenges, firstly, Gleneagles Hotel needed external assistance to book a higher number of corporate events. Secondly, they need a company who can assist selling Glenmor and Gleneagles at the same time through direct mail strategies.

Solution

To help the sales team at Gleneagles book corporate events we devised a little leave behind to remind potential clients of this unsurpassed venue. A digital photo frame uploaded with emotional imagery to show that Gleneagles has the best people, delivering the best service in the best resort in the world. Secondly, we produced a series of luxury direct mail pieces within the existing Gleneagles marketing strategy, highlighting new features - liuke their spa, making the cost of the proposition clear.

Result

Sales targets were not only met, but were smashed through our creative direct mail campaign.

The mailer looked fantastic, and we were really pleased with the quality and finish, more importantly we have met and surpassed our targets.
